VAKS Allowed Chernyshov to Remain in Office, Rejects Temporary Suspension from Deputy Prime Minister Role
The High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine has decided to keep Oleksiy Chernyshov, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Unity, in his position, refusing to grant a temporary suspension from his duties. Investigators from the National Anti-Corruption Bureau had urged the court to suspend Chernyshov, citing suspicions of involvement in corruption schemes, but the court declined to comply with these petitions.
