China’s War Decree. Putin Holds an Emergency Meeting on Ukraine

And most importantly, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Kyslytsia, is our former permanent representative to the UN. Before that, he was the deputy head of the office.

Now, by the way, there are rumors that he might become a minister at some point, or maybe an ambassador to some serious country. Well, in a word, an experienced person, a powerful person, who worked very well against Russia at the UN.

now says that security guarantees for Ukraine are being prepared. They are working on the document together with the Americans, the British, the French, the Italians, and all our partners. He says that Russia will definitely not dictate security guarantees to us.

That's it. And we are writing them with Europeans. Therefore, the circle of security advisors includes professionals who help our state prepare guarantees. The only thing that needs to be said right away is that it is not MINSK-2, it is not Budapest, it is not Istanbul, which were paired against us and wanted to steal our statehood and our independence.

It is extremely important for us to preserve the state, to preserve the prospect of returning these territories, and most importantly, to punish Russia financially, through the courts, and war criminals, and to ensure that Ukraine emerges from this war as a winner. Moreover, more than 80% are firmly convinced that Ukraine will win this war.
