Chas Pravdy is a platform for storing, publishing and sharing thoughts, quotes, stories and memories in a short format. We create a safe space for self-expression for authors and readers.

- not to post content containing hate speech, violence or misinformation;

All materials on the platform — including design, logo, texts and program code — are the property of [Chas Pravdy] or are used on legal grounds. Copyright to user content remains with its authors.

We respect your privacy.
We do not verify the accuracy of the information received about users and do not control the legal personality of users.
Information that may be processed in the process of interacting with the user of the products (hereinafter referred to as the “User”):
- Information provided by Users of the FACEBOOK social network – personal information provided by the User may be used when using the Program. The volume of the above information does not exceed the volume of information specified by a registered FACEBOOK user specified when interacting with FACEBOOK.
- Visit information – when accessing the services through a browser, application or other client, servers automatically record certain information. These server logs may contain information about web requests, IP address, browser types and language, date and time of the request, and may contain one or more cookies by which the User’s browser or account can be identified.
- User messages – when the User sends messages during the interaction when using the Program, including to the support service, these messages may be stored and processed to answer questions and further improve the functioning of the Program. The e-mail address provided by the User may be used to contact the User regarding the operation of the Program.
- Third parties – this privacy policy applies exclusively to Applications and other services.
Chas Pravdy does not control the sites that use the programs other products and services. These sites may place their own cookies on your computer, collect data or request personal information from FACEBOOK users provided by the latter at their own risk.
In addition, the information provided by Users of the FACEBOOK social network may be used for the following purposes:
- support, protection and improvement of Applications and services
- protection of the rights and property of both the Site and Users
This confirms that the use of the information specified by the User is permitted for the purposes specified in the privacy policy.
Most browsers are initially configured to receive cookies, however, you can reset these settings and specify that the browser block all cookies or notify you about the sending of these files. Please note that some functions and services of the Site may not work properly if you disable cookies.
Chas Pravdy may use the Google Project Shield DDOS attack protection service. This means that Google Inc. will process data collected in the process of Project Shield in accordance with the Goolge Inc. privacy policy.
