Secret ‘Coalition of Willing’ Meeting in Spain: New Support Initiatives for Ukraine
On November 4, Spain will host a clandestine gathering of representatives from 35 countries, organized by the country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss further military and financial assistance to Ukraine amid ongoing conflict with Russia.
The session will be conducted in strict secrecy, with participants prohibited from using mobile phones or sharing information publicly.
Reports suggest that delegates will convene in two sessions from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM to explore ways to expedite aid to Ukraine and develop a unified approach to security guarantees.
Additionally, emphasis will be placed on addressing Ukraine’s pressing financial needs, which have remained unresolved for a long time.
Notably, the Spanish foreign minister will not participate, as this is considered a lower-level meeting.
Previously, on October 24, a leader-level summit was held in London, where new sanctions against Russia and long-range weapon supplies to Ukraine were discussed.
This event marks another step in diplomatic efforts aimed at strengthening support for Ukraine and pushing Russia towards negotiations.
