Zelensky announced discussions with Ukraine and EU advisors on ending the war
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has taken a significant step towards exploring avenues to bring the ongoing conflict to an end, which has already lasted nearly a year.
He stated that in the coming days, specifically on Friday or Saturday, Ukrainian and European Union advisors would meet to debate the key features of a prospective peace plan.
This announcement was made during his meeting with the Dutch Foreign Minister, Dritjs Vant Villem, where Zelensky confirmed that work on this strategic document was already underway.
He emphasized that the agenda includes defining the main characteristics of the future peace plan, its fundamental principles, and the conditions necessary for a resolution of the conflict.
Zelensky pointed out that these advisory meetings are expected to take place very soon and will represent a crucial step toward achieving regional stability and peace, which remains a primary goal of Ukrainian leadership ahead of upcoming diplomatic efforts.
