Casualties and destruction caused by ongoing Russian attacks in Donetsk and Kharkiv regions
As active combat continues in eastern Ukraine, particularly in the city of Kostiantynivka in Donetsk region, Russian forces launched a new attack that resulted in tragic consequences and human losses.
According to Oleg Sinegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, and Serhii Horbunov, head of the Kostiantynivka City Military-Civilian Administration, the Russian occupiers used drones and missile systems to strike civilian targets.
As a result of this attack, one civilian was killed, a vehicle was damaged, and a passenger received severe injuries incompatible with life.
Additionally, in the Kharkiv region, in the village of Korotych, a drone strike caused injuries to four civilians—two women aged 56 and 39, and two men aged 31 and 35—who are now hospitalized.
These incidents highlight the escalating situation and the increasing danger for civilians and property in eastern Ukraine.
Local authorities and military administrators continue to report on the growing threats, urging caution and a higher level of defense readiness.
