Horrific Drone Attack in Sumy Region: Driver Killed and Civilian Wounded
In the Sumy region, specifically in the Seryedino-Budska community, a tragic incident took place that once again highlights the brutality and destructive nature of military actions.
Russian forces used drones to attack a civilian vehicle delivering bread to local residents.
As a result of this assault, a 34-year-old driver was killed, and three civilians sustained serious injuries.
According to the Sumy prosecutor’s office, the incident occurred around 3:30 PM on November 5, 2025, representing a blatant violation of international law, as prohibited warfare methods were employed.
It is also reported that around 3:40 PM, the occupiers carried out another strike with an FPV drone targeting a tractor working in the Zubno-Visnovskaya community, injuring a 26-year-old tractor operator.
Law enforcement agencies are currently investigating all circumstances and documenting the consequences of the attack together with prosecutors.
The pre-trial investigation is being conducted by the Shostka district police department to identify and hold responsible those accountable for this tragedy.
