Russian Drones Strike Marganets: Casualties Reported and Rising Tensions in Dnipropetrovsk Region
On Saturday, November 1st, residents of Dnipropetrovsk region experienced another escalation of hostilities as Russian forces launched an attack on the city of Marganets using FPV drones.
According to Vladyslav Haivanenko, acting head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, the attack resulted in the death of a 58-year-old man and injuries to a 54-year-old local woman.
The woman is currently undergoing outpatient treatment.
This attack marks a disturbing pattern of increased aggression, with continued threats to civilian lives and infrastructure.
In neighboring communities such as Vasilkiv and Synelnykiv districts, enemy forces caused damage to a transportation enterprise and an educational facility.
Fires sparked in vehicles and multi-story buildings in Nikopol district due to shelling — fortunately, no casualties were reported.
Recently, a ballistic missile strike in Dnipro damaged a critical infrastructure site, further escalating regional tensions and underscoring the ongoing danger posed by the aggressor.
