On the evening of November 1, Russian forces launched another attack on the Dnipropetrovsk region, resulting in casualties and destruction.

According to acting head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Vladislav Haivanenko, the Samaraivskyi district was hit by enemy fire, causing fires and damaging shops.

Preliminary reports indicate casualties and injuries, although details are still being clarified.

Among the victims was a man from a local town, and in the city of Nikopol, an individual was killed while two others were wounded, including a 73-year-old man who is receiving outpatient treatment.

The enemy’s assaults also impacted other communities such as Marhanets, Pokrovsk, Myrivska, and Chervonohryhorivska, with the use of artillery and FPV drones causing further destruction and casualties.

Local authorities are working to assess the damage and gather more information, but it is already clear that civilian infrastructure has suffered significant harm, and lives have been lost.

Ukraine remains committed to defending its territory and calls on the international community to increase support for peace efforts and civilian protection amidst ongoing aggression.
