According to official information received from Ukrainian special services, another phase has been completed in the effort to recover Ukrainian children kidnapped by Russia.

The Ukrainian external intelligence has conducted detailed reconnaissance and identified the exact locations and detention sites of over 300 children who were illegally deported from Ukraine to Russia by Russian forces.

President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that this list, containing names and addresses, will soon be handed over to international partners to intensify diplomatic pressure and explore avenues for repatriation.

Zelensky emphasized that this information resulted from coordinated intelligence work and is an important step towards international cooperation.

He also noted that a first batch, comprising over 300 names and precise addresses, is already being prepared for dissemination among world leaders supporting Ukraine.

Authorities remind that approximately 2,200 Ukrainian children are considered missing, and their search remains a top priority in the country’s policy.

Thanks to the efforts of international partners, nearly 600 of the kidnapped children have already returned home over the past year, but the issue remains pressing and has garnered broad international attention.

President Zelensky stressed in his speech that restoring Ukrainian children is one of the most complex and sensitive diplomatic issues, requiring careful and persistent effort utilizing all available legal and diplomatic tools.
