Russian Shelling of Kherson and Kharkiv: Losses and Destruction from New Attacks
On the evening of October 31, Russian occupation forces launched another series of attacks on Ukrainian territories, causing significant damage and human casualties.
The shelling from Russia resulted in tragic consequences in the cities of Kherson and Kharkiv.
In Kherson, there were two fatalities and seven injuries following the attack in a neighborhood where a 56-year-old woman died from mortal wounds, and a 51-year-old man was found dead in his home.
Another seven civilians sustained various injuries, ranging in age from 43 to 60.
Three injured individuals were hospitalized, while one woman received medical aid at the scene.
In addition to human losses, the enemy shelling damaged commercial stalls and caused a fire on the territory, which has since been extinguished.
Reports indicate that the shelling caused extensive destruction, damaging infrastructure objects and causing some power outages.
Moreover, at around 7 PM, the enemy struck the Dniprovskyi district of Kharkiv, resulting in two fatalities and injuring seven others, including men and women of different ages.
Local authorities are urging residents to stay cautious and remain vigilant in these wartime conditions.
