Russian Drones Strike Kyiv Again: Casualties and Damage Reported
Last night, the capital of Ukraine came under a large-scale drone attack conducted by Russian forces.
According to the Kyiv City Military Administration, several hits on high-rise residential buildings occurred, resulting in fires and significant destruction.
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko confirmed that five residents were injured, including two children.
Details indicate that fragments of enemy drones fell on various districts: in Dnipro District, debris damaged apartment buildings’ roofs and facades, with some windows shattered and fires sparked.
The attack led to partial power outages and increased concern among residents.
In Obolon District, drone wreckage damaged the roof of a multi-story building, while in Dnipro District, a fire broke out in an apartment block.
The number of casualties and extent of damage are being clarified, but it is already clear that the attacks caused widespread alarm and required emergency services’ intervention.
