Enemy Drone Attack in Kyiv: Debris Falls on Residential Buildings
On the night of October 26, Kyiv experienced the aftermath of an enemy drone attack, marking another episode in ongoing hostilities.
Reports from local authorities confirmed that fragments from hostile drones, either shot down or fallen, struck several residential buildings across different districts of the city.
Specifically, in the Desnianskyi district, debris hit a multi-story residential building, damaging its upper floors.
Kyiv’s military administration head, Tymur Tkachенко, verified that fragments impacted a residential structure in that area.
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko added that the strikes affected a 9-story building, approximately around the second and third floors.
Additionally, city officials reported that drone debris caused damage to the roof of another 16-story apartment building within the same district.
Overall, the city and its surroundings remained under air raid alerts, with active air defense operations targeting unmanned aerial vehicles attempting to breach Kyiv’s airspace.
