Kyiv suffers additional destruction and casualties following Russian missile strikes
Kyiv continues to face alarming consequences from missile attacks carried out by Russian occupying forces.
During the overnight shelling on Saturday, October 25, the death toll in the city increased to two, with one man succumbing to severe injuries in the hospital.
Military authorities report that nine more residents were injured, two of whom remain hospitalized and are receiving treatment.
Kyiv mayor, Tymur Tkachенко, via his Telegram channel, stated that in the Darnytskyi district, windows in multi-story buildings were shattered; in the Dniprovskyi district, 12 residential buildings and a kindergarten were damaged; and in the Desnianskyi district, occupiers destroyed food warehouses, damaged shops, and personal vehicles.
These events underscore the extent of destruction and the urgent need for aid to the victims.
