Ukrainian Assault Units Liberate Torskoye in Lyman Direction, Destroying Nearly a Hundred Occupants

Ukrainian assault troops, including those from the renowned ‘Skala’ unit, successfully completed an operation to clear the settlement of Torskoye in Donetsk region from Russian occupiers.

According to recent reports, the ‘Skala’ regiment released footage and comments detailing the operation and shown detainees — Russian prisoners of war.

It is reported that over nine kilometers of territory along the Lyman sector were fully liberated, with approximately one hundred enemy soldiers killed.

Soldiers shared that Torskoye was divided into several zones, each of which was traversed and secured separately, complicating the enemy’s defense.

Over two weeks of intense fighting, the ‘Skala’ units also halted the Russian advance at a critical strategic point.

Additionally, Ukrainian forces captured several Russian invaders, strengthening their position in the region.

This successful operation forms part of a broader strategic campaign, which recently saw Ukraine regain control over the village of Filia in Dnipropetrovsk region — another significant achievement in Ukraine’s fight for sovereignty and territorial integrity.
