Expanded Operation of the Main Intelligence Directorate: Explosive Attack on Russian Soldiers Near Outpost in Stavropol
The operation carried out by Ukraine’s Main Intelligence Directorate (HUR) in collaboration with the Caucasus Liberation Movement has once again highlighted Kyiv’s active resistance against Russian aggression.
On October 22, a successful covert operation resulted in the elimination of at least three personnel from the 247th Caucasian Cossack Regiment of the Russian Airborne Forces (VDV).
According to released information, the incident occurred at a checkpoint of military unit №54801 located in the heart of Stavropol, at Sєrova Street, house 533.
Video footage intercepted from security forces captures the moment Russian soldiers were targeted and exploded right at the checkpoint.
Intelligence reports indicate that these soldiers and officers have participated in hostilities in Ukraine since 2014 and have been implicated in numerous war crimes during Russia’s large-scale invasion.
This event underscores the persistent threat Russia poses to Ukrainian sovereignty and the ongoing efforts of Ukrainian intelligence agencies to deliver justice and restore security in the region.
