The city of Sumy once again heard alarms following a powerful drone attack targeting civilian infrastructure.
According to Oleksandr Hryhorov, head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, nine civilians were injured in this incident.
The enemy drone deliberately struck an intersection in the city center, causing damage to vehicles and destroying civilian infrastructure.
Hryhorov emphasized that there remains a threat of further attacks, urging residents to stay alert.
The specific type of drone has not been disclosed.
This is not the first attack recently; on October 21, Russian forces launched a massive kamikaze drone attack on the city of Novhorod-Siverskyi in Chernihiv region, resulting in four fatalities and seven injuries.
The war continues, and civilians remain vulnerable to ongoing dangers.
