Enemy Movements in Pokrovsk: Disorganized Russian Assault Units and Their Consequences
In the city of Pokrovsk, there is increasing activity of Russian assault units, which move chaotically through the streets of the settlement.
Military experts and Ukrainian soldiers record numerous cases where Russian troops, without occupying stable positions, make sudden movements, causing confusion among our defenders.
Such actions not only complicate the frontline situation but also add pressure on Ukrainian forces, who must respond swiftly to ever-changing conditions.
According to the commander of the drone systems battalion ‘Shersni Dovbush’ of the 68th Separate Mechanized Brigade, nicknamed ‘Lutiy,’ in the ‘United News’ telethon, the enemy has yet to establish firm positions but attempts to seize new areas by moving chaotically.
He also noted that the opponent operates in larger units, with frequent skirmishes between Russian assault fighters and Ukrainian drone operators and mortarmen.
Ukrainian defenders urge not to underestimate the situation, as the chaotic movements of the enemy create additional disorder, and efforts are focused on quickly destroying the enemy while ensuring safety at their positions.
On the Kupiansk direction, Russian troops continue active offensive operations.
According to the commander of the Third Assault Brigade, nicknamed ‘Akrobat,’ the enemy could lose an entire company to seize a single position, indicating a high concentration of occupation forces in this region.
