On Sunday evening, Russian forces launched another aggressive missile strike on a critical energy facility in Chernihiv region.
The attack resulted in significant damage, leading to widespread power outages.
Preliminary reports indicate that nearly 55,000 residents have been left without electricity.
According to Chernihivoblenergo, the attack occurred at 7 p.m.
on a key energy site in the Korukivka district.
The damage was described as extremely severe, causing almost all consumers in the region to lose power.
Currently, energy workers are preparing for emergency repair operations, but full restoration of electricity supply depends on the safety situation, which remains tense.
