Indomitable Points: How to Quickly and Conveniently Find Communication and Charging Stations During Critical Situations

Chas Pravdy - 19 October 2025 03:24

In the current conditions of Russian missile strikes and attacks on Ukraine’s critical infrastructure, ensuring uninterrupted communication and energy supply becomes one of the main challenges for the population.

In this context, resilient Points — specialized locations created to allow Ukrainians to recharge their mobile devices, access the internet, and receive necessary information support in emergency situations — are gaining particular relevance.

Using the «Diia» app, Ukrainian citizens can easily and quickly locate the nearest resilient Point tailored to their needs.

The map of these points operates in two modes — online and offline, ensuring accessibility even when internet or electricity are unavailable. To prepare for unforeseen circumstances, users need to follow a few simple steps: open the «Diia» app, select «Services» and «Resilience», grant geolocation access, and click on the yellow stripe at the top to download the map of their city or region.

This way, every Ukrainian can quickly find a resilient Point equipped with amenities such as mobile communication, internet, or generators.

It is worth noting that Ukraine is annually improving its combat and infrastructure readiness against possible Russian attacks, but current assessments show the country has yet to reach an ideal level of preparedness.

This is confirmed by Ukrainian journalist Vladyslav Obukh in his article «Russia intensifies energy terror.

How to survive the winter.»
