Russian Attacks on Chernihiv Region Leave Over 17,000 Without Electricity During Night

On the night of October 17th, Russian forces launched another strike on Ukraine’s critical infrastructure, targeting an energy facility in Chernihiv region.
According to the data from «Chernihivoblenenergo», missiles hit an energy object in the Korukivskyi district.
As a result, approximately 17,000 residents were left without electricity, and specialists are now working tirelessly to restore power.
Energy workers are on site around the clock to expedite the repair efforts.
Authorities remind residents to follow safety instructions, especially during air raid alerts, and urge calm and caution amid ongoing threats.
