Chas Pravdy - 14 October 2025 23:48

The Ukrainian Armed Forces recorded over 154 combat engagements as of October 14, highlighting the intense situation on the country’s geopolitical front.

Since the early hours, defenders have repelled numerous enemy attacks across multiple sectors, maintaining positions and hindering Russian advances.

According to the General Staff, the opposing sides clashed in five major battles along the North Slobozhansky and Kursk directions.

The Russian aggressors launched more than 60 aviation and missile strikes, including 3,535 kamikaze drones, indicating the scale of enemy operations.

In the south, particularly near Vovchansk, Kamyanka, and Zapadne, 16 attacks were recorded aimed at breaking defenses.

Additionally, Ukrainian forces successfully repelled several enemy attempts to push through in Pishane, Petropavlivka, and Novoplatonivka, as well as along the Kupiansk and Lyman lines.

Intense fighting continues in key sectors, with Ukrainian defenders forcing enemy retreats in Sloviansk and Kramatorsk.

On the Kostiantynivka and Pokrovsk directions, numerous attacks were repelled—at least ten times—near settlements such as Shcherbyneva, Pleshchiivka, and Rusky Yar.

Meanwhile, the strategic areas remain tense, with ongoing hostilities in Oleksandrivka and Orikhiv, though the enemy has not launched large-scale offensives on the Gulyaypil direction.

Attempts to breach defenses have been recorded at Plavnivka and Stepnohirsk.

Additionally, enemy aircraft launched a strike on Olgaivka using unguided aerial rockets, reflecting the ongoing volatility and complexity of the front.

Ukrainian troops demonstrate resilience and readiness to defend the country’s territory under these challenging conditions.
