In Ukraine, investigations into workplace bullying and mobbing have been renewed
Starting from October 2025, a significant law has come into force in Ukraine, enabling employees to submit complaints regarding mobbing and psychological or economic pressure at their workplaces.
This marks a crucial step forward in protecting workers’ rights and combating unjust managerial practices, as such inspections were previously practically restricted due to special legal measures introduced during martial law.
The new legislation allows official complaints to be submitted to the State Labor Service through various channels: email, postal mail, or in person at local offices.
This development paves the way for more transparent and systematic responses to mobbing cases and contributes to improving the labor environment across the country.
It is important to highlight that earlier, due to restrictions tied to the ongoing war, unscheduled inspections were prohibited, hampering efforts to address labor rights violations.
Now, authorities can confidently resume necessary measures to protect workers, positively impacting workplace safety and legal standards in employment matters.
