Intense Fighting at Dobropil’s Salient: Ukrainian Armed Forces Hold and Advance Simultaneously
The region around Dobropil’s salient remains a hotspot of fierce ongoing battles involving both Ukrainian defenders and Russian troops.
According to recent reports from the Ukrainian information source DeepState, the front line stays highly volatile, with updated interactive maps reflecting the current tactical situation.
On the most active front in Donetsk region, Russian military efforts focus on advancing while Ukrainian forces ably resist and counterattack.
Analysts indicate that Ukrainian troops successfully pushed back enemy forces near Nove Shakhove, Zoloty Kolodiaz, and Kucheriv Yar, although Russian forces have also made territorial gains in some of these sectors.
The Ukrainian General Staff confirmed ongoing Russian assaults near Shakhove and Volodymyrivka, emphasizing that these key locations remain the scene of intense combat.
The Pokrovsk direction, one of the most heated areas in this part of the front, has seen at least 36 attempts by Russian forces to break Ukrainian defenses, with major activity recorded around Nikanorivka, Novoekonomichne, Rodinske, Myrolubivka, Promin, Lysivka, Pokrovsk, Udačne, Novoserhiivka, Kotliarivka, Horikhove, and Dachne.
