Russian Drones Strike Chuhuiv Again: Damage and Consequences
In the night from October 11 to 12, Russian unmanned aerial vehicles once again surprised residents of Kharkiv region, launching a missile attack on the city of Chuhuiv.
Preliminary reports indicate that one drone targeted an educational institution located in the city’s center, causing significant damage.
As a result of the attack, one local woman was injured and is now under medical supervision due to a severe stress reaction.
The city mayor, Halyna Miniayeva, stated: “Less than an hour ago, Russian drones carried out an attack on one of Chuhuiv’s educational facilities.
It is currently known that the building suffered substantial damage, and a nearby residential building was also affected.
Details about the extent of the damage and casualties are being clarified.” This attack increases tensions in the region, as Ukrainian defenders continue to hold the line and strengthen their positions to prevent further strikes.
Ukraine affirms its readiness to repel any aggression and calls on the international community for increased support in countering Russian hostility.
