According to official reports, artillery strikes on Saturday severely damaged residential areas of the city.
A 24-year-old local resident was killed, and two men aged 39 received varying degrees of injuries.
One of the wounded was rescued from the debris of a building by rescuers and admitted to hospital in critical condition with a skull and brain injury, concussion, and chest trauma.
In Bilozerka, Russian troops opened fire in the morning, injuring another 39-year-old resident, who suffered an explosive injury and shrapnel wounds to the shoulder and neck.
Additionally, another 24-year-old man was killed during a separate attack, with injuries incompatible with life.
Official sources confirm that these attacks demonstrate the ongoing aggression of Russian forces towards civilians and regional infrastructure.
It is also noteworthy that on October 9, a city worker was killed in Stryi during a drone attack, highlighting the persistent dangers and instability in the region.
