On Saturday, October 11, Russian forces launched a large-scale attack on the city of Nикопол in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

According to reports from Ukrainian military officials and local authorities, the strikes were carried out using FPV drone technology, resulting in tragedy and infrastructure damage.

A 23-year-old woman was killed when a drone struck her, as reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Lysak, via his Telegram channel.

Additionally, another drone attack wounded a 62-year-old man who is now receiving outpatient treatment.

Local residents have suffered extensive damage: homes, shops, private residences, and civilian infrastructure have been destroyed or damaged.

Meanwhile, local authorities announced that Ukrainian military forces have liberated a village in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

The past few days have been particularly tense: Russian occupiers carried out mass kamikaze drone attacks on the Zelendolsk and Novopil communities in the Kryvyi Rih district, resulting in injuries to two civilians and significant destruction.

In the Nікopol district, drone strikes injured men aged 26 and 45, as well as an 18-year-old girl.

The strikes caused damage to enterprises, gas pipelines, private houses, multi-storey buildings, vehicles, and other infrastructure.
