Electricity Supply Restored in Kyiv Region and Dnipropetrovsk After Emergency Blackout Cancellations
On Friday evening, DTEK announced the cancellation of emergency power outages in two major regions — Kyiv Oblast and Dnipropetrovsk.
This decision brought relief to residents who had faced power cuts due to energy shortages caused by missile strikes and infrastructural damages.
Initially, DTEK reported that the restrictions in Dnipropetrovsk were lifted, followed by confirmation that power was restored in Kyiv too.
The company stated that all households now have electricity, and specialists continue to work on addressing individual technical issues in vulnerable areas.
It is worth noting that after a massive Russian missile attack on the night of October 10, power supply was being actively restored on the left bank of Kyiv, which had experienced temporary outages due to enemy actions.
