100 Days to the 2026 Olympics: Ukraine’s NOC Unveils New Team Uniforms and Celebrates Start of Preparation
On October 29th, Kyiv hosted a significant event marking the beginning of Ukraine’s countdown to the 2026 Winter Olympic Games in Milan and Cortina.
The occasion took place at the Gulliver shopping and entertainment center, where representatives of Ukraine’s sports community, journalists, and distinguished guests gathered to celebrate this milestone.
Central to the event was the official presentation of the new Ukrainian national team uniform, developed by 4F, the official sponsor of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine.This event was the first major step in the team’s preparation, which is now just over three months away.
Attendees had the opportunity to see the new design, symbolizing modern Ukrainian sports identity and national pride within contemporary global sports trends.
Prominent Ukrainian athletes such as Kristina Dmytrenko, Taras Filyak, Olena Pidhrushna, Oleksandr Abramenko, Marta Fedina, and Mykhailo Kohan showcased the new gear and called on supporters to back their efforts.Officials emphasized the importance of teamwork, support, and unity in preparing for this historic sporting milestone.
NOC President Vadym Guttsajt highlighted the symbolic significance of the event and noted that in exactly 100 days, the Ukrainian team will step onto the Olympic arena in Milan, proudly representing the blue and yellow colors.
He also stated that the new collection embodies both modernity and the cultural identity of Ukraine.The official attire for the team was produced by 4F.
The event culminated in a solemn flag handover, symbolizing unity and pride for Ukraine’s athletes as they prepare to compete on the world stage.
