Ukrainian Forward Nazariy Rusyn Joins Polish «Arka» on Loan from English «Sunderland»
The well-known Ukrainian striker, who previously played in the English Premier League, has embarked on a new chapter of his career by signing a loan deal with the Polish club «Arka».
This move represents a strategic step for 26-year-old forward Nazariy Rusyn, who is seeking consistent playing time and fresh challenges.
«Arka», one of the top teams in Poland’s Ekstraklasa, announced the signing of the Ukrainian player from «Sunderland» until the end of the current season.
This opportunity allows Rusyn to showcase his skills and adapt to the Polish league’s demands.
It is worth noting that the Ukrainian attacker transferred to the English club from «Zorya» in September 2023.
His previous performances include a loan spell in Croatia with «Hajduk», where he played 17 matches and provided one assist.
His contract with «Sunderland» runs until June 2027, providing potential for further career growth.
Throughout his career, Rusyn has also played for Kyiv’s «Dynamo», Poland’s «Legia», «Dnipro-1», and «Chornomorets».
