Tyson Fury Announces Retirement and Refuses to Return to the Ring

Former heavyweight world champion Tyson Fury, the renowned British boxer, has made a surprising announcement regarding his career.
In recent statements, he declared that he is simply too old to make a comeback to professional boxing.
According to Fury, his beard is now completely salt-and-pepper, and he believes that boxing is a sport for the young.
It is well known that last year he suffered two defeats at the hands of Oleksandr Usyk in May and December, with both bouts ending in judges' decision.
Following these losses, the Briton announced his retirement from the sport.
However, in July of this year, Fury surprised many by expressing his desire to return to the ring and challenged Usyk to a third fight, setting the date for April 18, 2026.
Prior to these developments, Fury had also published posts on social media featuring a photo of Vladimir Putin, hinting at ties with Russia, and expressed readiness to visit Russia to promote the country.
He had previously stated his willingness to help promote Russia internationally, adding an element of mystery to his personal stance and sporting ambitions.
