Ukraine Denies Secrets of Willing Coalition Summit, Emphasizing Transparency in Diplomatic Efforts
Officially, Ukraine has denied reports about a supposed secret meeting of representatives from an international alliance known as the ‘Coalition of the Willing.’ The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry stated that this information is false and misleading to the public.
Spokesman Georgiy Tkyhy emphasized that the event in question is merely a standard working meeting at the level of political directors, with a predefined agenda, containing no secret or extraordinary elements.
He added that Ukraine maintains ongoing diplomatic contact with Spain during the preparation for this meeting and will stay in touch even after its completion.
According to the Spanish publication El Mundo, the scheduled summit was planned for November 4 and was supposed to be conducted in maximum confidentiality, with restrictions on mobile phones and social media postings.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky recently announced the adoption of joint decisions within the framework of the so-called ‘Decisive Coalition,’ aimed at strengthening Ukraine’s defense capabilities and supporting partner countries.
Details of these agreements remain classified, but their importance underscores Ukraine’s commitment to transparency and openness in diplomatic initiatives.
