Ukraine Launches Comprehensive Online Encyclopedia of Remote Careers for Mothers of Children with Disabilities
For the first time in Ukraine, a comprehensive online encyclopedia has been developed to support mothers caring for children with disabilities.
The initiative was carried out by the public organization «Epirposvita» in collaboration with the Ukrainian Career Management Association, with financial backing from the international charity Nova Ukraine.
This innovative platform includes over a hundred different remote professions accessible for women seeking flexible work opportunities that allow them to combine employment with caring for their special children.
Built on principles of digital transformation and inclusion, the encyclopedia aims to make career choices understandable and practical for every mother, regardless of her educational background or experience.
Each profession description includes detailed information: the core responsibilities, required skills, training methods, estimated time for skill acquisition, and expected income levels.
The experts and developers aimed to create a clear and structured resource that helps women quickly navigate the world of remote work.
This step significantly contributes to providing decent employment opportunities and promoting inclusive employment practices in Ukraine.
