On Tuesday, the Dutch Minister of Foreign Affairs, David van Vliet, officially announced an additional financial aid package of €10 million to Ukraine.

This support is aimed at backing crucial reforms and strengthening the justice system.

Specifically, the Netherlands plans to allocate €9 million for the project “Restoring Dignity and Justice in Ukraine,” while an additional €1 million will be directed towards supporting the reform of the Bureau of Economic Security, which plays a pivotal role in Ukraine’s fight against corruption.

Van Vliet emphasized that these funds are vital for facilitating investigations of international crimes within Ukraine and ensuring accountability for committed offenses.

Previously, during an official visit to Kyiv, he announced the allocation of €25 million for equipment, emergency repairs, and energy needs of Ukraine.

At the same time, Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna announced a €150,000 aid package to support Ukraine’s energy sector ahead of winter.
