U.S.

President Donald Trump and his wife Melania arrived in London to undertake their second official state visit to the United Kingdom.

This visit symbolizes high-level diplomatic engagements, accompanied by a series of ceremonial events and heightened protests.

The couple was greeted at Stansted Airport by Royal Air Force personnel and British officials, including Foreign Secretary Ivetta Cooper.

Following a brief ceremony, Trump and Melania headed to Winfield House, the official residence of the U.S.

ambassador in the UK, where they began their visit.

Official receptions and celebrations are scheduled for Wednesday, including a meeting with King Charles III and Queen Camilla at Windsor Castle.

The program includes a carriage ride, a state banquet, military air show viewing, and fireworks.

On Thursday, Prime Minister Keir Starmer will host Trump at Chequers, the prime minister’s country residence, for talks on investments, steel and aluminum tariffs, as well as broader discussion on Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and the situation in Gaza.

Additionally, British law enforcement arrested four individuals after political activists projected images on Windsor Castle walls, highlighting alleged connections between Trump and Jeffrey Epstein.

The images included scenes related to Epstein’s case, photos of Trump and Epstein together smiling, and a letter believed to be a gift from Epstein on his 50th birthday, containing a silhouetted female figure and a signature resembling Trump’s, which he denied authored.

The visit has attracted significant political attention and protests, reflecting broader concerns about Trump’s controversial ties and the ongoing political resistance from activists seeking to expose alleged misconduct and injustices.
