Recent statements from the Kremlin regarding the diplomatic negotiation process between Ukraine and Russia have raised new questions and increased diplomatic tensions.

Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov announced that the parties have currently suspended active discussions on key issues, and the negotiations are in a state of pause.

According to him, although channels of communication between delegations remain open, the negotiations are not currently leading to significant progress.

Peskov emphasized that one should not expect quick or revolutionary results, as the path to peace is often complicated and fraught with misunderstandings. At the same time, he reassured that Russia remains committed to seeking peaceful solutions and intends to continue negotiations in the future.

However, he claimed that European countries, in Kremlin’s view, hinder these efforts, complicating the achievement of a compromise.

Consequently, the situation remains tense, and advocates of peaceful settlement are awaiting further clarifications and opportunities for dialogue renewal.Source: TASS, and Moscow’s position shows that diplomacy is currently in a state of waiting, with the possibility of new negotiations depending on various external and internal factors.
