US Congressman Wilson declares Russia’s attack on Poland: an act of war
American Republican Congressman Joe Wilson issued a strong statement regarding recent events in Europe.
He claimed that Russia launched drone strikes on Polish territory, which constitutes a direct act of aggression against a NATO ally and could be considered an act of war.
In his speech, he emphasized that this attack occurred less than a week after President Trump met with Poland’s leader.
Wilson called on the US administration to take decisive measures, including increasing sanctions against Russia and providing Ukraine with modern weapons capable of striking Russian territory and deterring the aggressor.
The politician highlighted that Russian drones, including Iranian Shahed drones, crossed NATO borders, posing a threat to the entire alliance.
Furthermore, he stressed that Putin is no longer limited to the war in Ukraine, but is now testing NATO countries’ resolve directly on their territory.
