Czech Foreign Minister Calls Putin a Coward, Attacker of Women and Children in Ukraine

According to Lipavský, while Moscow outwardly claims to aim for peace, its actions tell a different story.
The recent intensified onslaught involving over 800 drones and missiles targeting Ukrainian towns and villages has resulted in the deaths of many civilians, including mothers with infants.
Lipavský emphasized that such actions constitute a deliberate war against the most vulnerable groups — women, children, and the elderly.
He called on the global community to remain vigilant and not support any actions that perpetuate Russian aggression.
