Deep Secrecy: Kim Jong-un Concealed All Traces of His Presence After Meeting with Vladimir Putin in Beijing

Following North Korean leader Kim Jong-un’s visit to Beijing, the most thorough secrecy measures were put into effect.

According to sources, all objects touched by Kim were removed or meticulously sanitized to erase any signs of his presence.

Reports indicate that security personnel carried out extensive cleaning of the room where Kim and Russian President Vladimir Putin met and spent over two hours together.

Every inch of furniture — from the backrest and armrests of the chair Kim sat in to the nearby coffee table — was carefully wiped down, and personal items, including Kim’s glass, were taken away.

Special security protocols include removing any traces of hair or skin particles, a standard practice for North Korean officials during diplomatic trips, especially abroad.

Security experts explain that such procedures have been in place since the era of Kim’s father, Kim Jong-il, to prevent foreign intelligence agencies from collecting biological samples or analyzing medical conditions through slightest traces.

This approach was also observed during previous diplomatic visits, including the 2019 Hanoi summit with Donald Trump and the 2018 visit to South Korea.

Before the 2023 summit with Putin, Kim’s guards even disinfected the chair using metal detectors.

Unconfirmed reports suggest that during foreign visits, accompanying security personnel collect biometric samples — urine and feces — secretly for analysis and further examination.

This highlights the high level of secrecy and security measures aimed at preventing any leaks or health disclosures about the leaders, reflecting North Korea’s continuous efforts to safeguard its officials’ privacy and security.
