Kim Jong Un Declares Victory in Anti-American Battle: North Korean Leader Reaffirms Strength and Determination to Win

Amid ongoing geopolitical developments and the anniversary of the Korean War armistice, North Korea continues to emphasize its ambitions to triumph over its main adversary—the United States.
Kim Jong Un, the leader of the nuclear-armed state, recently made assertive statements asserting that his country aims to achieve victory in the 'anti-imperialist struggle,' specifically against the U.S., and to build a 'dream nation'—a prosperous country with a strong military and high living standards for its citizens.
According to Kim, this path is inevitable and remains the primary goal of the North Korean government, a commitment that is symbolically marked on the day the country commemorates the Korea War armistice.
The North Korean state news agency KCNA reported that 'the people and the nation will achieve significant successes in building a rich and powerful country, becoming honorable victors in the global fight against imperialism and American influence.' Additionally, Kim visited monuments dedicated to veterans of the 1950-53 war, including the Tower of Friendship, honoring Chinese soldiers who fought alongside North Korean troops.
He also met with artillery officers and military personnel.
Notably, Kim has previously expressed full support for Moscow's actions in Ukraine, emphasizing that Pyongyang is prepared to unconditionally back all of Russia’s military initiatives.
This stance indicates increasing military-political cooperation in the region and highlights North Korea's strategic positioning in global conflicts.
