Kellogg’s Visit to Kyiv: Evidence of Strong Ties and a Signal to the Kremlin

Zelensky humorously suggested that Kellogg should get Ukrainian citizenship and stay here permanently, also urging Americans to visit Ukraine more often, claiming this could reduce Russian bombings.
