New Gas Tariffs for Ukrainian Households Starting November 1

Chas Pravdy - 01 November 2025 03:32

As the cold season approaches, Ukrainian consumers are once again concerned about the cost of natural gas for heating purposes.

The process of clarifying and adjusting gas tariffs for residential customers continues in Ukraine, with new pricing regulations coming into effect from November 1.

According to information published by GazPravda, while annual tariffs remain unchanged, there is a significant increase in monthly rates.

One of the market providers has already raised its price by 6 hryvnias per cubic meter, which may impact the monthly expenses of millions of Ukrainian families.

Currently, nine suppliers operate in Ukraine’s gas market, four of which offer only long-term annual tariffs, while the remaining five provide flexible monthly options that can be adjusted.

In November, gas prices range from 8.46 to 29.99 hryvnias per cubic meter, though the basic tariffs for most Ukrainians remain stable.

Notably, 98% of household consumers are supplied by Naftogaz of Ukraine, which offers an annual tariff of 7.96 hryvnias per cubic meter, valid at least until April 2026.

Citizens are advised to pay their bills promptly and regularly submit meter readings to avoid disruptions.

Understanding the current prices is crucial for budgeting during the heating season, and the government continues to support citizens through measures like a 6,500 hryvnia aid for some families to ease financial burdens.
