OnlyFans: minimal staff — maximum income, the world’s most profitable platform
In today’s digital era, the platform OnlyFans has astonished the world with its remarkable financial achievements.
According to data from the financial-analytics firm Barchart, this service has become the undisputed leader globally in terms of profitability per employee.
Each staff member reportedly generates an average income of over $37.6 million.
This astounding figure exceeds the results of tech giants such as NVIDIA, Apple, Meta, and Google by more than ten times.
Specifically, NVIDIA earns approximately $3.6 million per employee, Apple about $2.4 million, Meta around $2.2 million, and Google approximately $1.9 million.
In addition to its unique business model, which allows creators to directly monetize their content and share profits, OnlyFans operates with a minimal team — estimates suggest around 40-50 employees.
Meanwhile, its user base worldwide has reached millions.
In 2024, transactions on the platform exceeded $10 billion, according to ‘Mezha’ publication.
This demonstrates that the efficiency of a model based on a small team and high-volume private transactions yields extraordinary results.
Compared to this, NVIDIA’s workforce in February 2025 numbered 36,000, and by 2023, Apple employed over 161,000 people.
The business’s goal is not only high revenue but also strategic minimal staffing, which allows the platform to generate the highest income globally with only a handful of employees.
Notably, adult content creators have become the primary source of income, significantly contributing to the platform’s profitability.
Recently, a Ukrainian model initiated a petition to President Zelensky demanding the decriminalization of producing adult content, citing that she paid over 40 million hryvnias in taxes.
The president’s response is currently under review by the Verkhovna Rada, where a draft law on decriminalizing voluntary production of such content is presently being considered.
