Scheduled Power Outages in Ukraine: Planned Interruptions and Restrictions on October 23

On Wednesday, October 23, Ukraine’s energy company “Ukrenergo” announced the implementation of temporary power outage schedules affecting most regions of the country.

According to the State Energy Company, these measures will be in effect from 07:00 to 23:00.

The main goal is to effectively manage the load on the energy grid and prevent emergency situations, which is why residential consumers will experience hourly power outages with up to three simultaneous shifts.

Industrial facilities will also be subject to power capacity restrictions during this period to avoid overloads.

In case of any changes or unforeseen circumstances, “Ukrenergo” commits to promptly informing the public about additional measures or adjustments to the schedule.
