Air Force C-32 aircraft, en route from Brussels to the United States after the NATO Defense Ministers meeting and the contact group ‘Ramstein,’ made an unplanned landing on a British military base.

The reason behind this action was a crack in the aircraft’s windshield, which posed a significant safety risk to passengers and crew.

According to Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnell, the aircraft transmitted a 7700 emergency code, indicating potential engine failure, health issues, onboard fire, or another general emergency.The plane was descended to an altitude of 10,000 feet, and the landing was carried out according to standard procedures.

High-ranking officials and military personnel were on board, and everyone remained safe.
