The Kremlin and the Russian government are ramping up a campaign to utilize the education system to advance their military and ideological objectives in Ukrainian territories currently under occupation.

According to the Center for National Resistance, Russian authorities are introducing special incentives and awards for schools, colleges, and universities that actively support occupying forces and promote pro-Russian propaganda.Under the leadership of Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, educational institutions demonstrating loyalty and backing the war against Ukraine are receiving additional bonuses and incentives.

This effectively transforms educational establishments into tools for militarization and ideological training rooted in hatred towards the Ukrainian people.

These actions form part of Moscow’s broader strategy to create a hostile and propaganda-driven system aimed against the Ukrainian state and its youth. Moreover, reports indicate that Russia is escalating its persecution of Ukrainian children in occupied areas.

Data from the Resistance and Prevention Center reveal that occupiers are forcefully relocating boys and girls to Russia, where they are subjected to military training and compelled to join the Russian army, posing serious threats to their future and safety.

This phenomenon has raised deep concern among Ukrainian communities and international organizations, which are calling for immediate action to protect Ukrainian children and prevent further militarization of occupied regions.
