Zelensky Comments on Massive Attacks on Ukraine and the Role of International Components in Russian Drones

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has issued a sharp statement criticizing Russia for launching large-scale missile and drone attacks across Ukrainian territory.
He emphasized that despite the scale and increasing brazen nature of these assaults, the main reason behind their continuation is the supply of components for drones and missiles, which are still coming to Russia from Western countries, China, and others.
According to Zelensky, each Kalibr missile contains 96 foreign-made parts, many of which are critical for operation, and Russia, in his view, is avoiding accountability for supplying these vital components.
He also reported that over 500 drones were used by Russian forces overnight, consisting of more than 100,000 foreign parts.
The president called on the international community to intensify efforts to halt these supplies, as the accumulation of foreign elements significantly enhances Russia’s ability to aggress against Ukraine.
Zelensky added that a meeting of G7 sanctions coordinators is scheduled for next week to discuss new measures against entities assisting Russia’s war efforts and trying to weaken Ukraine’s defenses.
