Russian Airstrike in Lviv Causes Major Fire at Sparrow Industrial Park
On the night of October 5th to 6th, Russian military forces carried out an air raid on the city of Lviv, resulting in significant destruction at the Sparrow industrial complex located in the city center.
According to city mayor Andriy Sadovyi, a large fire broke out at one of the region’s biggest industrial sites during the attack.
Currently, there are no reports of civilian or worker casualties.
The mayor emphasizes that the targeted object is a civilian infrastructure facility, not a military target, indicating a shift in Russian tactics towards attacking civilian areas.
Emergency services are already on site, working to extinguish the fire and mitigate the consequences of the attack.
