In recent weeks, the global community and international organizations have sharply condemned Russian military strikes on civilian targets and infrastructure across Ukraine.

The Secretary General of OSCE emphasized the unacceptable nature of such actions, which result in tragedies among the civilian population.

In regions such as Chernihiv and others, Russian missiles and drones continue to destroy residential buildings, schools, and medical facilities, creating chaos and devastation.

These attacks have resulted in dozens of Ukrainians injured, many losing their homes and loved ones.

Witnesses and officials report that Russian strikes increasingly take on a targeted and barbaric character, aimed not only at military objectives but also at civilian infrastructure, representing a gross violation of international law.

OSCE representatives call for an immediate halt to the aggression and demand Russia adhere to international humanitarian norms.

Ukraine strives to restore the damaged objects, but without the support of the global community, these efforts remain insufficient.

These events once again highlight the necessity of intensifying sanctions and political pressure on Russia to stop the military actions and protect the rights of peaceful citizens in Ukraine.
