Within the framework of international cooperation and knowledge exchange, Ukrainian military experts have demonstrated their ability to counter modern aerial threats by shooting down several drones over Denmark.

This achievement was the result of joint exercises and demonstrations involving representatives from various European countries.

According to the General Staff of Ukraine’s Armed Forces, Ukrainian specialists in countering attack drones effectively neutralized a ‘Sting’ drone, which was launched for testing purposes, and precisely destroyed a Danish ‘Banshee’.

This unmanned system showcased the high technical proficiency of Ukrainian operators and confirmed Ukraine’s capacity to assist its European partners in strengthening airspace defense.

The demonstration was attended by representatives from multiple European nations, providing them firsthand insight into the effectiveness of Ukrainian technologies against contemporary aerial threats.

The shoot-down was recorded on video, prompting numerous questions from foreign colleagues regarding the capabilities and specifications of the drones used.

The General Staff emphasizes that Ukraine continues to train its partners in counter-UAV tactics, contributing to the overall enhancement of European defense capabilities.

Meanwhile, it is important to note that Russia continues its hybrid warfare against Denmark and Western allies, attempting to weaken their support for Ukraine, as stated by Danish military intelligence chief Thomas Arkenkil on Friday.

Additionally, on September 28, Denmark scrambled two F-35 fighters over the island of Bornholm following multiple reports of unidentified drone activity in the region.

Although no official statements have been made by the Danish military, authorities confirmed that the fighters operated within counter-diversion measures, highlighting the seriousness of the situation and the growing role of unmanned systems in modern conflicts.
